Autumn time is planting time and the ideal weather for a flush of growth in your garden. The days are becoming cooler and more bearable after the long hot spell. As the earth cools it is a good time to feed your lawn with a fertiliser such as Shirleys No.17 lawn food or an all purpose slow release lawn fertiliser such as Scotts Lawn Builder.
There is a great range of flowering gingers at Wyee Nursery this Autumn
• Most flowering Gingers are deciduous throughout winter. They produce flowers from about December to May each year.
